Rowan Storm Dayereh

This drum is part of our ARTIST INNOVATION SERIES . 

Rowan Storm is recognized internationally as a performer and educator.  Her travels throughout Iran have given her a deep understanding of Persian Classical music, the role of women in ancient, sacred percussion traditions. Rowan is pioneering in her exploration of a "symmetrical frame drum position."

Our Rowan Storm Dayereh reflects her multicultural approaches to drumming and is designed to emphasize an ease of playing and musicality, as well as an integration of the two brain hemispheres.
