Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE  IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION Cooperman drums are crafted in small batches. Except for the instruments featured in our "Drums Available to Ship Now" section, it may take up to 4 weeks to build your drum from log to finished instrument. Please contact us if you have a specific scheduling issues about your purchase.

All orders are processed within 3 days of receipt; processing and delivery times are different. Items that are in stock will normally be shipped within 3 days of processing, excluding delays that are beyond our control for example: delays caused by the postal service or commercial carriers, or outside events such as the weather or public health issues. All other drums are custom made in small batches and may take up to 4 weeks to build from log to finished instrument. Please contact us if you have a specific scheduling issues about your purchase. Pick up at our shop is possible by appointment only.

Shipping charges for domestic orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping. Prices posted DO NOT INCLUDE VAT/DUTY.  Shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout may or may not include import duties, import taxes such as VAT, or other international shipment charges, depending on the destination country. We will verify shipment charges with you on an order-by-order basis.

When your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number that you can use to check on the progress of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's' system.
