Marla Leigh Artist Innovation Series drums are not just for rhythm percussion, they are for revelation.

The Tarocco Moon 20” diameter bass-tar opens a portal to something deeply mystical, sensuous, and primal.  The name conjures a whisper from ancient orchards, echoing under a blood moon. It’s inspired by the energies of Tarot, the blood orange’s ripened intensity, and the moon's shadowed cycles.

• Heavy-mass, 20” diameter x 4.75” depth, Oak wood shell for a deeply resonant, earthy and elemental, timbre. Primarily intended for lap-style and free-hand style playing, but made with a thumbhole for upright playing.
•          Unique yellow-orange-red fade-finish recalls an Italian Tarocco Blood Orange - juicy, sweet, and blood-red, much like the tone Marla is looking for: full-bodied, lush, layered with both sweetness and shadow.
•         Recommended REMO Ebony drumhead for a deep, warm bass with subtle overtones.
